Don’t have a Facebook page? You can
learn how to get one in a free seminar, “Getting Started with Facebook,” to be
offered by Piedmont Community College’s Business Development and
Entrepreneurship Center (BDEC). The seminar will be held Thursday, Feb. 9, from
1-4 p.m. at the BDEC, 109 N. Main St., Roxboro.
In this hands-on session you will learn how open your account, set up
your profile, post pictures, connect with your friends and family and most
importantly control your privacy. Space is limited to the first 10
participants. You will need to bring a picture that you want to use as your
profile picture on either a cd or flash drive.
